Why it matters
Someone considering implants, aligners or whitening will usually search, compare two or three practices, read the reviews and look at the fees, all on a phone and often in the evening. If your website is slow, vague about prices or awkward to use, they simply move on to the next practice. You never know they were there.
Many dental websites were expensive to build and have barely been touched since. Fees are out of date, team members have moved on, and nobody is quite sure who to ask for changes.
How we help
For many patients, your Google profile is the first thing they see. We make sure it’s accurate, complete and consistent with your website: opening hours, treatments, photographs, booking link and reviews.
We structure your treatment, fee and team pages so that Google, and assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot, can read them clearly. When someone asks for a dentist nearby who offers aligners, your practice is easier to find and to recommend.
What’s involved, how long it takes, what it costs and whether finance is available. Written in plain English, and in line with GDC guidance and advertising rules.
Your phone number and booking link on every page, one tap away on a phone.
Calls, enquiry forms and booking clicks, reported monthly, so you can see what’s working rather than guess.
We won’t promise you a number of new patients. Nobody honestly can. What we can promise is a website that gives patients every reason to choose you, and a monthly report that shows you what’s happening.
Compliance
Our dental template is built with GDC guidance and advertising rules in mind, so the essentials are there from day one.
You stay responsible for the claims your practice makes, so we’ll always ask you to approve treatment wording before it goes live.
What's included
For context, a one-off dental website often costs £3,000 to £12,000 to build, with hosting, security and changes charged on top. Ours is one fixed monthly fee, and it never goes out of date.

Questions
No. Every Webicious website shares the same tested foundations, but yours is designed in your own colours, typography, logo and photography. Patients see your practice, not our template. Those shared foundations are what keep the price fixed and the quality consistent.
No, and we’d be wary of anyone who does. We’ll give you a website, Google profile and content that give patients every reason to choose you, and we’ll show you the results every month.
We take care to protect it. We move your content across, keep page addresses where we can and redirect the rest, so patients and Google can still find you.
Almost certainly. We can link to or embed most of the online booking systems used by UK dental practices. Tell us which you use and we’ll confirm.
Not at all. Your website can explain your NHS and private options clearly, which tends to save reception a good number of calls.
Very little. Most practices spend an hour or two in total: sending us a logo and any photos, answering a few questions by email and approving the draft.
Send us your website address and we’ll email you a short, plain-English report: how it performs on a phone, how accessible and secure it is, and how easily patients and Google can find what matters. It’s free, there’s no obligation, and nobody will phone you.
