Do I really need a website if I already have Facebook or Instagram?

What if I’m not technical?

That’s the point — you don’t need to be! We handle all the technical work: WordPress setup, hosting, security, and updates. You just tell us what you want your site to say and show.

Will my website work on phones and tablets?

Absolutely. Every site we build is mobile-responsive, so it looks great on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.

How long does it take to launch my site?

Starter sites can go live in as little as a week, depending on how quickly you provide content. Larger Growth or Premium sites usually take 2–4 weeks.

Which package is best for me?

At Webicious, we’ve kept our plans simple — but each one is designed to suit a different stage of your business.

 

Do I need a contract or long-term commitment?

Each plan has different minimum terms. After each term, you can cancel at any time.

Can I upgrade or switch plans later?

Absolutely. As your business grows, you can move up to a higher tier without losing what you’ve already got.

Do any plans include e-commerce (selling online)?

E-commerce is available as an optional add-on. Growth Plus is the best base option if you foresee selling or payments on site.

What real extra does Growth Plus provide?

Growth Plus gives you more flexibility, more pages, higher performance (priority hosting), and better support. It’s our more “robust” version of Growth for businesses aiming to scale.

Are there hidden or surprise costs?

No. Everything in your chosen plan is spelled out. You only pay extra if you request services outside your plan (e.g. branding, custom builds, premium plugins, or extra pages not included).

How often do you back up websites?

Regularly (weekly or more often depending on plan). We ensure your data is safe and recoverable.

Do you handle SSL/HTTPS?

Yes — SSL is included in every plan. Your site is served over HTTPS for security and trust.

How do you maintain site security?

We install security patches, monitor for threats, and keep core & plugin code updated. Host-level safeguards are also in place.

How fast will my website be?

All our sites are built for speed. Growth Plus sites get priority hosting and performance optimisations to help with load times and better user experience

Is uptime guaranteed?

We strive for high uptime. No hosting can promise absolute perfection, but our infrastructure aims for minimal downtime.

4. Growth, Results & Strategy

When will I start getting leads from my website?

That depends on your industry, local competition, search engine optimisation, and how much attention you give to promotion. We can help you implement

strategies to speed up results.

What SEO is included?

Basic SEO setup (metadata, indexing, site structure) is included in all plans. For deeper keyword work, long-term strategy, content optimization, we offer

advanced SEO as an add-on.

Will my site look good on mobile?

Absolutely. All sites are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

How do you handle images, stock photos, and licensing?

You can supply your own images. If you need stock images or premium photo assets, we’ll quote those separately. We can only use photographs you for which you own the right to publish and/or copy.

If my business changes in future, can the site adapt?

Yes. You can upgrade plans, add features, switch templates or request custom changes so your site grows with you
